In this tough real estate market, we were lucky to have Darren and his team help us navigate the trickiest of the situations.
As the 1st time seller and in the difficult time where banks and lending organisations have tightened their criteria as a fall out from the banking royal commission, we found getting right people through the “open house” door was difficult. Darren had spent a lot of time to prepare the property and strategies that had yielded a result we wanted. 27 days on the market, a fair amount of properties out there, we thought it was an impressive result.

When we decided to sell our Mum's property we approached several agents with properties for sale in the area.
We noticed that these agents tended to have their properties on the market for longer and preferred not to sell by auction.
